What is the House?
The House System of Alliance Christian Academy aims to develop a school culture that encourages spiritual, social, and emotional growth through Christ-centered relationships and activities grounded in the truth that with Christ, no one is left behind.
1 Corinthians 12:25-27 ESV That there may be no division in the body, but that the members may have the same care for one another. If one member suffers, all suffer together; if one member is honored, all rejoice together. Now you are the body of Christ and individually members of it.
The purpose of the House System is to establish a representative voice of the interest and concerns of the student body to administration. The House System will also coordinate student activities, promote school spirit, and foster spiritual growth among our fellow students and ourselves. House System members will serve our God, our school, our community, and our peers as Christ served us, and gain experience in leadership and servant skills that they will use throughout their lives.

Alliance Christian students in grades 9-12 are assigned into one of four Houses. Each House has its own unique characteristics: namesake, crest, colors, scripture, and symbols. A House Faculty Leader and several student leaders lead each House. The Houses compete for points in a wide variety of categories throughout the school year, including academics, sports, community service, intramurals, extra-curricular activities, and attendance. Each house will compete for points throughout the school year. House relics will be awarded each semester for different categories. The house with the most points for the school year will be awarded the House Trophy. The House System will provide opportunities for the students to participate in social and school spirit activities, service projects, and spiritual growth opportunities including chapel and other assemblies.
